This is the site of the seven-tiered Sekayu Waterfall. The natural pools are ideal for a refreshing swim amidst lush greenery. The area is equipped with picnic spots, resting huts and furnished chalets.
Located in the Sekayu Recreational Forest, the waterfalls' main attraction is its seven-level cascades. The surrounding scenery is utterly breathtaking. Other places worth visiting include a fruit orchard, a mini zoo, a bird park and a flower garden.
Only a five-kilometre drive from Kuala Terengganu and another 45-minute drive deep into the Sekayu Recreational Forest in Kuala Berang.
The place is blessed with abundant natural wonders, including unique flora and fauna. The Recreational Forest also have a large area that are suitable for family picnicking and outing activities all over along the sekayu river with many changing rooms and washrooms and a lot of camping area complete with a fire place to cook and boon fire, with electric and clean water supply.
